Ornament exchange

After an exhuastive(sp?) search I have finally found my Ornaments for the Ornament exchange. I really didn't think it would be that hard to find a Minnesota themed ornament.

Mine was fairly easy. Just went down to the local chamber of commerce and picked up a city ornament. They are really cute and are definitely in character with Pendleton, OR.


Can't wait to see everybody's ornament.

But remember, if you wrapped it they may still unwrap it even if it is in your checked bags. you just never know. I've gotten little gift bags and tissue paper for mine, just in case. Actually I am fairly certain both my checked and carry ons will be searched because of the pins.

It took me two times at St. Nick's to find Colorado ornaments. Funny thing is, on the back they say "Made in China." :D They had a whole tree full of them. Of course I was looking right at it when I asked the salesperson "Where can I find Colorado ornaments?" Duh. :rolleyes:
