View Full Version : Slideshow in Signature?

I saw another DISer yesterday with a slideshow in his/her siggy instead of only one picture but of course now I can't find that person and I want to know how to do that! Can anyone help? I have a slideshow already created...just don't know what type of tag things to use ( [url], [img], etc)

They have a slideshow you can use in signatures, MySpace, etc. You just upload your images and select different types slideshows. I'm not sure if it meets the rules here or not but you can check the tech forum and ask.

Hopefully it meets the rules as it's just the same as having one image in your siggy.

I loaded my pictures to slide.com and it didn't give me a tag to use to add it to a message board...it gave me myspace, friendster, yahoo 360....a whole bunch of options but no message board.... :confused3

If you have not had a look yet, posting guidelines can be found here (http://www.wdwinfo.com/guidelines.htm) and details regarding help on signatures here (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=976007). This will let you know whether there is a size issue. As stated the Technical board should be able to help if you need any assistance. :goodvibes

Ack! I'm sorry. I didn't realize that Slide didn't have board tags on them. The DIS boards don't allow HTML so it won't work on here.

BUT I have a solution which I should have suggested in the first place but I had forgotten about it. Photobucket now has a slideshow option. Just make the slideshow and grab the URL it gives you after it's finished. Pop that in there just as you would another image link and you're good to go. Just make sure the size fits with the siggy guidelines.

I tried that first because I already have the slideshow set up there (I use it on myspace) but when I put it in my sig, it just makes a link....no picture. :confused3
