ITS TIME!! THE TOTALLY FREE Dis Towers Hotel Grand Opening and Reservations Thread

I'm happy to announce the Grand Opening of the Dis Towers Hotel and Resort!

So, here's how this special hotel works:

First, you post in this thread a room choice, either Space, Adventure, or Pirate. Add a meeting time.

Next, bring a set of teleporters to the meeting to set up your room. In that room, you will have another teleporter (which takes you to the hallway, which has other rooms and a link to the Cafe and Pool/Waterslide) already in there, plus up to 5 furnishings of your choice.

Then, enjoy your room for a week

Another thing: I have a special Tron penthouse to this hotel which can be used for contest prizes. It is HUGE and features a GIANT screen TV (not the Disney Movie Rewards prize). PM me for a reservation for that.

Just so you know, there is a reason for a free hotel for Dis members only. Its that I have seen a lot of good deeds done by Dis members. This isn't a gift from me as much as it is a gift for any Dis member which has committed a good deed. Its our way of saying thanks to you. So enjoy the thanks at Dis Towers Hotel and Resort


Now for info on the Grand Opening Ceremony:

Here's the schedule:

5:00 PM: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, maybe we can arrange to all be in an AIM chatroom, too, so we can speak freely.
5:15 or right after Ribbon Cutting: A tour through the hotel
5:30: Pre-opening reservations will be taken.

The grand opening ceremony will take place tomorrow at 5:00 PM (time can and probably will change, so keep checking that). It will be anyone can enter the room though it will be Dis members use only. But put Dis into your sig so that I know that you're Dis, and so that you can win a pair of teleporters! That contest is available to Dis members only.

You could sell some stuff, play a few games of Fireworks, and the works. And, I'm sorry, but after finishing the Dis Towers, I'm almost broke. This is the first time in months I have been under 1K credits (and in some cases, under 500 credits...Ouch!). So I can't be giving out teleporters.

Give it a shot. Sell unused stuff, stuff that you needed before but won't need anymore. Play a few games, but only Fireworks, Haunted Mansion, and Pirates of the Caribbean, because they are the only ones that give out a decent amount of credits. Go to the NPP's, they will give you 20 credits every time you visit, and make sure to go to the 3 ghosts inside the Haunted Mansion itself (in the Haunted Mansion lobby, go into the little building in the graveyard to get to it.)

And, for everyone else:

You don't have to be on the space floor. You can pick Floor 2: Adventure, or Floor 3: Pirates. But space is cool, and there's nothing wrong with anybody wanting the Space Floor.

Oops, forgot to mention: Its Eastern Standard, since that's where I am.

Also: Please wear something nice. Nothing weird, it takes the seriousness away. These aren't the must-wear, but they are recommended:

For boys: The Haunted Mansion Costume, minus the Top Hat, is great, or a cowboy outfit. Failing that, any costume other than superhero is great.
For girls: Any kind of dress would be great, and the tiara makes it better. Again, any costume aside from superhero.

But please come, it really is a cool hotel, and I will conduct tours after that.

Here's what I can do for you for right now. Its not reserved, but I'll need to know two things:
1. What's the Penthouse being used for, so I can set it up appropriately.
2. The dates are important, so there isn't anybody else who wants it. If they know their dates first, you will have to schedule it on a different week.

Otherwise, I'll put you in for the Penthouse for now. Just plz get me the specifics.

PS I have a ton of HW this weekend, likely everything will get processed tomorrow. Stay tunes, though, b/c I might get it done b4 today's end and have time to make the reservations. Also, I have added to the 2nd post ppl who want a reservation.
