What's the quickest you've made it from airport to theme park?

Help! What a dilema! When I booked our trip it was just supposed to be a quick xmass visit - to see the seasonal stuff. Now they've got three new parades and we're only there for three full days. Scheduling a parage each of those days is really messing up other things we want to do and see. We land at 2pm on a Saturday. Anyone think we can make it into MK to catch the 3PM parade? Anyway to know on which end it will start? Or would we be better off to try for MGM? We could probably easily make it to AK, but for that first day I'm on a single day, single park ticket and really wanted to go somewhere that we could spend the evening? MY DH is not as big a parad fan as me, so I can get "Chauffer service" to wherever we decide. He can go check into the hotel and meet us later.
Oh yea, we're flying on SW and renting a car from Alamo. (which has always gone pretty quick for us. )

Sorry, but I think that will be extremely tough. I couldn't imagine you getting into the park before 4:00pm. Sounds very unlikely. But who knows maybe it could be done.

You'll never make it. Landing on time, getting through MCO (including the little tram ride), renting the car (is Alamo at the airport or shuttle?), parking at TTC and getting over to MK by monorail or ferry......

Can you use the one day, one park ticket another day on your short visit and park hop on your arrival day from AK to MK or Epcot?

Or, pick a parade to miss? Most reports I've seen seem to think the MGM parade is the most missable.

Also, something to consider is that durng thw week of Christmas, the parade at MK is at 2.

To catch a parade at MK, you should really enter the park at least 1/2 hour ahead of time. Otherwise you risk becoming trapped at the entrance by the gathering hordes on Main Street.
