View Full Version : Leaving in 10 days and need some help

Hi All, my family is leaving for our first WDW trip in 10 days. I have been as a child and am looking forward to the trip. My DW and DS (12) have never been and dont seem to understand what Disney is like. They are looking forward to the trip but I was wondering if anyone has any idea's to help the excitment in the next 10 days?

do you have the disney planning dvd? How about some games. Disney Scene It is really fun, as well as the Magic Kingdom boardgame. You could watch disney movies, listen to disney cd's, peruse the website together thinking of what rides you want to go on most. We leave in 9 days! where are you staying?

Hi Thanks for the suggestions, yes we do have the DVD and i think will will suggest we put it on again, I do have to say I found the DVD lite on information and a bit annoying at times, i'm not sure if we have an old one.

We are staying at all star sports. We also have tickets for MVMCP on the 17th are you going on the 13th or 17th?

we leave on friday and it is really hard to get through the days..I am not sleeping well at night already .. I am SO EXCITED.. monday went fast for me.. because it was crazy .. but today is dragging .. big time.. plus I keep watching the weather for orlando this weekend and it doesn't look so good.. rain rain rain ..we are driving and i hope the weather men are wrong
we haven't been since our honeymoon 15 years ago and my children have never been.. they have no idea what is in store for them.. I CANNOT WAIT

we'll be at all star sports on the 9th and the 10th but then we're switching hotels. We'll be at the party on the 13th though :sad2:
