Now this is gonna sound like a really dumb question so I apologize in advance, but I want to know how I send my DVC documents back via Fed EX :confused3

I have been looking through the Fed Ex website all afternoon and I can not work out what it is I am supposed to do. I have the envelope already as that came with my pack and it's all pre addressed and ready for me to put my documents in and sign, but then what do I do with it.

I assumed that I would need to call Fed EX to get them to come pick it up but I can not find any numbers to call on their website.......or maybe I am just being dumb again !!

Anyway how did you guys get your docs back to Disney??

Sorry for sounding stupid but I have never used fed ex before so don't have a clue !! :sad2:

Try this link, it looks like you will have to sign up with them. I didn't go through that process, but I'm sure you can do this.

We took ours to one of those mail centers that handles UPS, FedEx and others.

Don't know if that will help you, but that is what we did.

Have you tried contacting their Customer Service number 08456 07 08 09 for advice?

I've sent stuff back to Disney via FedEx 4 times and I'm sure it was a freefone number so maybe it's changed. :confused3

I think it is a good question - primarily because I have exactly the same quesion for the same reason :) :thumbsup2

So, I called Disney QA on receipt of our documents and I asked them the question. They told me to ring 0800 123 800 to arrange for Fed Ex to come and pick up the documents.

I called the number and the message says that the number has changed to 08456 070809. I called this numbr and got throught to Fed Ex. The recorded message asked me to enter the 9 digit acount number (which should have been written on the top right of the white half of your Air Waybill). I entered the number and the phone rings out, at which point I hung up as I am not ready to ship the package, but I presume that is where you arrange the pick up.

Hope this helps
