I got it about 5 years ago, and can't seem to find a Memory stick for it.

Most of the memory sticks out now that are for the Cybershots are "Pros" and won't work on a non-pro camera (my old Cybershot was like this). Take a look at Amazon.com. I did a search of Memory Stick and found a Sony 128MB Memory Stick for $25.98. There is also a Lexar 128MB and a Sony 128MB X 2 = 256MB.

Glad I could help. I found it tough to find memory sticks not long after I bought my first Cybershot, but did find a few. After awhile, I wanted more from a camera, so I saved up and bought a Sony CyberShot H1. It's larger than my other camera, but it does so much more!! Also, it takes both Pro memory sticks and my regular memory sticks, as well as the same batteries. This was a big selling point for me, as I did not want to spend more $$ on new sticks and batteries.
