My Points/ Sprint ?

Recently I received an Email from MyPoints to switch to sprint for 3000pts.
I did, now this morning they credited my account with 2000 pts. Has this happened to anyone else out there? Did the resolve the problem for you? I just emailed them and will wait for a response(but I know I'll get a much faster response from this board).

in my experience...if you read the FINE print when theygive you those emails(sometimes its on the linking website) its says...you get X amount of points for signing up...X amount for something else...and so forth...maybe you haven't been a custstomer for 90 days or something and thats why you haent got the other 100 points??
