Here I can make any pictures (within guidelines, of course) have stars that will make any part of a picture stand out.

Please try to provide a picture, but if you abosolutely can't, I will try my best.

I will put up to nine stars on a picture.

There are four main patterns you can choose from:

1.) Stars on photos at different times

Please specify where you want your stars. I can put timing between stars - from half a second to a minute.

2.) Stars on photos at same time

3.) Star(s) on words/specific letters on a photo

Please specify if you want stars on a word, muliple words, or specific letters.

4.) Star(s) on plain text

It must have a colored background or it will not look right.

It doesn't work on animated pictures. Can you please get a picture that is not sparkly?

Sorry i haven't been on. I very much appreciate it. I just cant put it in my signature right now because im on a computer that cannot highlight the URL. I will put it up first thing in the morning.
Also, how do you do this? Like paint shop pro? And also is the same device used for your sparkly pictures?

A friend sent me the program and requested that I should not share it with others. Yes, I make my sparkly pictures and starry pictures with it.
