Here are some pictures I took last year at Epcot when my niece and I were on our way to the princess breakfast. The park wasn't open yet, this was a first for me, I've never been in a park this empty before. I had to take lots of pictures to show my sister. LOL

Here was last Friday morning (March 7th). We were there at Rope Drop so I have a bunch of empty pics, and then I took some 3 hours later that were full of people!!

This is DH and me, taken with the timer....I wish the timer would have went off a few seconds later and those people in the background would have been gone..

I know when DH and I went that Sept it was HOT- I didn't even feel like drinking in Epcot it was so hot!

We spent more our afternoons at the pool. That is what we are planning on doing in August. I guess, then wait out the afternoon storm too.

We just normally stay on the main path around WS and FW. We never went off the main path to go on a side path. I've DEF. gonna have to go down EVERY path of epcot now! And MK to!

This sounds like a wierd thing to really get excited about.... but I just love all the details in the walkways..... The different colors, etc...

I agree!! Today is my 10th wedding anniversary and I received a lovely diamond ring! My DH is a doll - perhaps at 15 we should do a renew at WDW. We honeymooned in France, so we could do it at the French Pavillion. Hmmm, better start planning! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful photos!!!

It was a very sad time for everyone in the USA but I was in MK a few days after 9/11 and I took a picture of main St. NOT a soul there. I need to dig that pic out and scan it into the computer and post it .

The first time I went it was a parent teacher confrence day and there were maybe 1000 people there at MOST that whole entire day! Unfortunately, that was our first trip and we really weren't worried about taking pictures!It is truly spectacular with no one there. It is so magical and amazing. These were taken in April at a Pirate and Princess Party, but I'm not even sure it officially had begun yet... it's between 6:30-7:30.... Although the crowds look really light, it makes it look so much more crowded then it was.... Literally I think the most people we ever had in front of us in a line was 10 at Space Mountain.... We literally walked on pretty much every other attraction ... Im guessing there was a max of 3,000 in the park and thats being generous that night. I should have taken more pics but it would not stop raining.

I think somewhere I have a shot or two of an empty World Showcase sidewalk when I entered the Int'l Gateway at rope drop. But I'm not usually a morning person, so I'll likely never see those views in the morning when you're the first in!

Yeah, empty parks are pretty creepy!
I worked at MGM and it was sooo eerie when it was empty.
Esp with that creepy old music playing.
Always reminded me of those horror movies that are in theme parks/carnivals/fairs with the creepy music playing in the background as well.

I HATED the late shifts when I got off work when the park was empty.
I always hoped my friends had the same schedule as me so I had someone to walk out with and wouldnt be alone lol

Just got back from Disney (Aug 24- 29) and I was surprised the crowds were not too bad- NOT happy with the heat- but the crowds not too bad. We had to go in Aug b/c my niece (it was just me, SIL and my niece on this trip) had to start school right after Labor Day- I prefer to go right after Labor Day when all the kids are back in school- DH and I have no kids- so we can do that. :cool1:

Anywho- We stayed at the BWV and I took this pic walking into Epcot from the International Gateway it was on Sunday 8/24 @ 12:39pm

I noticed most people are concentrated between Soarin' and Test Track most of the time! Just grab a Fastpass and go back later- while they are all waiting an hour in line- go and see everything else!

I walked over to Epcot one morning. It was 9:30am and the stand by line for Soarin' was 20 minutes- however, when we went back around 1pm to use our Fastpass- the stand by line was up to 65 minutes! We only had about a 15 minute wait in the Fastpass line at that time.

Did the MK in the evening on Thursday, 8/28- 10 minute wait for the HM and 20 minutes for Splash! I was very surprised b/c it seemed like more people were in the park- but not in the lines!

This is my favorite place to hide! I call it the secret walkway from Tomorrowland to Toon Town! (not a secret anymore!) :rotfl2:

I also gotta tell you, your photo of IASW almost made my heart skip a beat. It's taken from the perspective that you're practically walking out of the CM only door that I used to come out of every day to start work. And the streets being wet and not a lot of people being there helped it look that way... I miss it (kinda) so thanks for making me feel that way even though you didn't know!!! lol.

We were there that day as well! I loved how dead the park was. It was so peaceful. The getting soaked part was no so fun though. I dont mind the rain at all but that torrential!

During slower parts of the year, some rides may be closed for refurbishment and others are only open during crowded times, but for the most part everything is open as usual. :thumbsup2

A friend of mine actually tries to go to the parks super early to take pics like that. He just created a photo mosaic style of his Epcot one. It's pretty cool. Check it out over on ebay...it's called "Disney/Epcot's Spaceship Earth Photo Collage".

I would love to get photos of Tokyo without people in it. All the photos I have are so busy with People. :(
