T-Shirt Design Help

A few months ago i was scrolling through this thread and saw a t-shirt design that we would like for our trip in April, i was hoping someone could help me out and create this for us.

It looks like a Band Touring Shirt, you know the kind with the cities and dates for the tour on the back? Well that is the style i am wanting.

If anyone can help out with it let me know.

Like what do you want it to say where? were there any designs or chars on it?

Give us a layout on how you want it to look and what to say?

Or cruise the designs gallery and see if you can find the shirt you were talking about?

This is a sample of what i would like.

The following information would be cool on it.

I would like it to say Sartoga Springs Resort on it.

The following dates and parks:
4/19/2006 - Magic Kingdom
4/20/06 - Epcot
4/21/06 - MGM
4/22/06 - Magic Kingdom
4/23/06 - Animal Kingdom
4/24/2006 - Epcot
4/25/06 - Animal Kingdom & Epcot

And then i would like the following names on it: Brandon, Joey, Greg, Amanda, Teague, Juanita and Dwain.

And maybe around the outside edges we could have the following restuarants listed.
Crystal Palace, Biergarten, 50's Prime Time Cafe, Concourse Steakhouse, Rainforest Cafe, Spirit of Aloha Polynesian Luau, and Mama Melrose's Italiano.
