I am considering renting a vacation home from Gold Key Property Management and was wondering if anyone has any feedback on this company?

I have never heard of them.... have you looked in to renting directly from an owner?

It is run by a relation of someone who once had the biggest man co in the area so they have experience behind them even if the compnay isn't that old , but more than that I cannot say as I don't use agents . :)

I checked on the Windsor Hills Owners forums (group of vacation homeowners). Another owner who also has a home in Emerald Island had very positive things to say about this company, said it was very well run by a few ladies who have been in the travel and vacation rental business for many years! Believe me, owners don't say good things to other owners on an "owners only" forum about their MCs unless it's warranted! Good luck!
