HI! My family is traveling to WDW next month and we have our reservations for POP for the week. However, we are arriving in WDW the night before our reservation begins. I didn't see the point in wasting a day of our WDW reservation when we wouldn't get there until late evening!

So, I need a hotel room for one night. It has to be really clean. Our two small children (5, 2) will no doubt roll around on the floor despite our requests not to. And it has to be cheap. I'd like to spend less than $65 for that night - even less if the hotel doesn't have a breakfast. It would be nice if the hotel was close to WDW so we could get into the park before lunch on our first day.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Thanks! Jennifer

Why don't you just do a separate room only reservation at POP for your first night? I just booked POP the other night for early Dec at $70/night incl tax.

are you flying?

then I suggest using priceline and getting a hotel near the airport with a shuttle - so the next morning you can still use DME (magical express) to get to your room.

if you are driving - then you might try Cypress Pointe (no breakfast - but definitely clean) -

Thanks for the suggestions. We are driving. I hadn't even considered getting a room only reservation. I think I'll try and do that. Thanks again!

I forgot to mention that my $70/night rate was a AAA rate so if you don't have AAA it will be a little higher.
