The Annuals Dues for 2002 are $3.9235 per Vacation Point.

operating budget $2.5872/point
capital reserves budget $0.5760/point
ad valorem taxes $0.7603/point

An increase from last year, but still worth it.

hi: the dues are actually lower than in 99 and 2000.
