Woohoo! :cool1:
The wife and I decided that we visit DL often enough to become AP holders, so on our last day of this past visit, we traded in our tickets and got Premium AP's! Yippie! The cost of our 4 day Park Hoppers were deducted from the cost of the AP's and we've already scheduled another trip for January, so we are certainly going to make up the cost of the APs this year.
This is great! :cheer2:
Now..if Disney would only come out with an AP that is good for DisneyLand AND DisneyWorld.

Welcome to the wonderful world of APs.
I'm in the bay area myself and we've had APs for about 6 years now. Let me just warn you, it will be very tempting to hop in the car after work on Friday for a quick weekend visit. I just got back last week and am seriously considering going back next weekend.

Don't forget to pull out your AP every time you get food in Disneyland. We didn't think about it the first time we had it and we could have saved 10% on most of our food purchases (including the Blue Bayou).

Yeah, we've been asking for that for about 10 years now! :-) Congrats on the new APs - enjoy!!!!

Yeah, first you go now and then, maybe once a year. Then you take the leap to a/p holders. Then, next thing you know, you are checking airline prices daily to see if maybe you can go back this month or next. And of course, there's always the "well, I have to get one more trip in before my year is up- to really make it worth the purchase".
Signed,
an a/p holder in WA that can tell you that its $222 round trip from Seattle right now.

2 4-day park hopper passes.. would that be like $500? I guess if you had those tickets and exchanged them you would only owe another 1-200 which isn't bad at all.
I have the Deluxe pass, and it suffices how often I go, I wouldn't need to be able to go EVERY day of the year, but days like Forth of July, Christmas, etc that are blocked out would be nice days to go.
Either way, welcome to the AP club :)
