I have never been on the creative DISigns board before (just the trip planning ones) so sorry if this is a redundant request.

We are taking a quickie trip next month and I am planning to surprise DD(6) on the day we leave. We have been to disney before but never as a surprise. Does anyone have any surprise signs? I don't know if I will ever be able to pull this off again so I want to make it a good one.

TIA!

How's this for starters? You can suggest any specific preference changes if you like :)

We surprised our girls back in April. I made 5 or 6 shirts each for the girls from the great designers here (Warning - they are addicting). We had wrapped presents as clues. The top shirt said, "Surprise We are going to Disney World" and they just shouted out, cool t-shirts. After we explained that we are going to Disney World, they started to jump for joy, but it was delayed. I recommend making a few, they are so cute and the kids love them. Good Luck!

Maria - I love your design. I want to surprise them again.

Too funny!!

We told the kids we were going to Disney with t-shirts, too! They were in such shock and refused to believe us!! It was sort of anti-climactic for me (especially after all that planning!!), but once it sunk in, they were just bubbling with excitement every day!!!

Even though both Cruiser1969 and I had delayed reactions from our kids, and it is so depressing at first. I will admit that once it sits it, it really is everything you dreamed about. They were so cute giggling. DD8 was skipping down the tunnel onto the plane. You could tell that she was so excited. I will never forget that day as long as live, I am so glad we did it.
