BWV annual statement is here--are dues up or down?

I got my DVC statement for BWV today. Dues for next year are 3.9235 per point. This sounds about like the dues when I signed up in 2000, but does anyone remember what 2001 dues are? If it is a raise I don't think it's a very big one.

On this board, BWV 2001 dues have been listed as $3.83 per point.

Sounds like a little more than 2% increase, if my math is correct.

I pulled out my 2001 BWV dues statement - it shows $3.8238 per point. Almost a .10/point increase for 2002 or a 2.6% increase. But I wouldn't count on my math!

Here's what I have for dues since I joined in 1999 at BWV:

1999 4.0213
2000 3.9386
2001 3.8238
2002 3.9235

So we are still lower than 1999 & 2000.

OKW = $3.22
BWV = $3.92
HH = $3.49

I keep looking in the mail every day for my VWL statement....not here yet!

At both BWV and OKW the majority of the increase is due to an increase in the property tax assessment, which would reflect that they either underestimated a little last year or local government agences during the last year have been raising their property tax rates to make up for lost sales tax and resort tax revenues due to the downturn of number of persons vacationing in the area which actually started to go down in the early part of 2001 (not just after September 11)
