I think I remembered that there is going to be a DVC meeting while I'm at WDW next week, but I don't remember where...OKW? I'm pretty sure it's not the BWV, which is where we own and will be staying.

I think the OKW meeting is Nov 29 at the BW convention center. All members are invited regardless of home resort. The informational portion of the meeting will all pertain to OKW, but everyone is welcome.

If you will be there at that time, the meeting is interesting and informative. Please post a report afterwards!

From the official DVC site:

DVC VB meeting is 2:00 pm on 11/27
DVC OKW meeting is 10:00 am on 11/29
DVC HH meeting is 9:00 am on 12/3
DVC BWV meeting is 10:00 am on 12/6
DVC WVL meeting is 2:30 pm on 12/6

The three WDW location meetings are all at the BWV Conference Center.

Another request for anyone attending these meetings to give us a little recap upon your return.

We considered going but opted against it !

I just happen to be at WDW during the OKW meeting on 11/29. If I'm not too busy doing the DIScon thing, I'll probably drop by the OKW meeting. If I do, I'll be sure to post details.

If you are in the area for a DVC annual meeting, I encourage you to attend. It is a good opportunity to meet & talk with DVC CMs - housekeeping, member services, accounting, General Managers, etc. - & to see first hand how the DVC is run & how your interest is doing.

I'll actually arrive at BW on 11/29.

How long does the OKW meeting run until?

Would like to attend part but don't think I'll
get there 'til noon.

Plus, is there a calender of events describing
the DIScon too?

So much to do...so little time.

The meetings don't last much more than an hour. The OKW meeting will likely be done well before noon.
