Thanks for all the great info you give to everyone on the boards.
I took a look at the comparison chart and after looking at the Loews 1st website it says gold members would be upgraded at the time of reservation to a premium room if available at time of booking which according to the comparsion chart is a deluxe room or club level. The best upgrade I have gotten is garden view to pool view for free.I think when I book me trip for 11/2007 I might try and pursue a premium room upgrade.

Unfortunately, the only Loews First Gold upgrades available at time of booking are standard/garden view to pool/water view. The Gold upgrades do not include Club or Deluxe at time of booking. Heck, I'm Platinum, and they don't include club upgrades, just suites!

Thanks for the info,they really should change their website then because it clearly says upgraded to a premium room,they have been sticklers about not upgrading me to platinum status with stays they haven't counted because of the fine print wording on their website so I think they should have to honor the wording of "premium" room upgrade for Loews gold members.
