Taxi/towncar from HRH to Swan

Everyone has been very helpful on this board. I have another question for you.

Are there towncars and taxis available at the HRH for immediate use? We don't know what time we will want to head over to the Swan. If we book a towncar, we would have to specify a time.

There are usually taxis coming by almost every few minutes. We did have to wait a few minutes on a van since we were a large party. The valet office called one for us and told us what to expect to pay for a trip to DTD.
