Pittsburgh Inter'l Airport Question - Beverly Lynn???

My daughter is flying out of PIT this coming Wednesday on a flight that leaves around noon (12:25 PM) using an e-ticket. Just trying to get an idea of what time she should plan on getting to the airport to allow for security checks. Thanks in advance for any info you can offer.

We flew out of PIT on Sat. Nov. 10 and got there at 8:30 in the morning and had to wait in a security line for 45 minutes. Seeing as this is the day before Thanksgiving that your daughter is going, I would allow sufficiant time to go through security. Better to wait a few minutes more at the gate, then to miss her flight or have to go running to the gate.
We arrived home last night at around 6:15, and there was no line for security.

the day before thanksgiving is a mad house. get there extra early. the last 2 yrs of working it was a nightmare! that security line used to go all the way down to the walkway to the parking garage!

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I'll pass it on to her. I'm more worried about her getting up and getting to the airport in time so she won't miss her flight, than the actual flying, especially since she has a late dance rehearsal the evening before.
