I got an email today from Mouse Memories announcing a new scrapbook idea book by Sandylion....it is called the Essential Disney Idea Book.

Mouse Memories lists the price of the book at $19.99...the description of the book is as follows:
The long awaited Disney idea book from Sandylion, "The Essential Disney Idea Book," is finally ready to ship! The publisher really did a great job with this 72 page book, incorporating lots of Disney scrapbook page ideas with lots of other cool paper crafting projects as well. All projects have a supply list and many have an extra tip for helping you to create the project. Here is the publisher's own introduction to the book:
Whether it's a trip to a Disney Theme park, an afternoon of dress-up and make-believe, a favorite bedtime story or a cherished stuffed pal, Disney touches our lives in many wonderful, magical ways. There may be no greater gift than capturing those special moments today and having them to share with family and friends in the years to come. Sandylion has created an exceptional range of scrapbook stickers, papers, albums, and frames to showcase those memories. This idea book provides over 125 finished project suggestions and countless product ideas extending well beyond traditional memory keeping. Page after page, this book will inspire you, it will make you smile and it will open your eyes and hearts to the wonderful world of Disney.
I am going to a craft show in Toronto this weekend and I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will have this book available.

I got mine and I love it. There are some great scrapbook ideas and other paper crafting projects. It is 72 pages. I got mine at www.disneyscrapper.com for $18.00. It arrived today and I can't wait to use some layouts for my upcoming trip. I also have the CK idea book from a couple of years ago. I don't think you can have too many scrapping ideas!!!

No luck finding the book at the craft show in Toronto....no one knew about it at the scrapbook booths so I'm guessing Sandylion decided to release the book in the United States before it is released in Canada.
I find it hard to believe that I can't find it here especially since Sandylion is a Canadian company locatedonly 1 hour from where I live. They also don't really have a retail outlet...just a clearance spot with end of the roll stickers etc....
One of my local scrapbook stores was at the show and she said she would try to order it for me....I'm still waiting to hear from her.

Can't find it here in the UK either. I know someone who ordered it from MM so hope they managed to fulfill her order before they sold out. Will have to wait a while longer I guess.

I found this book at my LSS yesterday and it's wonderful! Lots of page layouts and altered items. Not sure if it's a good or a bad thing that I already have most of the supplies used in the projects! LOL

I am in Canada and looking all over for this book. I live about 25 min. from Sandylion and they will not sell directly to public. If anyone is from Canada - Ontario particularly - please advise how I can get one.

Isn't that crazy? You live so close and you can't even get a copy from them?
I haven't seen it anywhere! I would rather look at it in person before purchasing.

Can someone tell me if this book just provides you with page layout ideas for Disney scrapbooking (which I need help with)? It doesn't come with any paper or stickers does it? I already have a punch of that I just need help on my page layouts.

The book has lots of projects using Sandylion products. There are scrapbook pages, greeting cards, Disney Journals, tags, autograph book, paper purse, boo boo box (altered bandaid box), DVD box cover, coasters and tin, paint can, altered book, altered lunch box... There are phrases, titles, words and quotes for inspiration.
