Help here!!-boys and girls read

I have not had a big crush on anyone for a while (i'm a girl by the way) but I think I might like somebody in my new school but for some reason I'm not sure if i even do. Can you help discover if I do like him or not?!
Okey, so I think he is definately cute looking. He is shorter than me by like, 4 or 5 inches!!! Um, he likes soccer as muchas I do and we both get pretty average grades. He likes to fool around a lot but whenever i am in school(during class) i normally pay attention and never talk. (I can be serious sometimes) During recess and lunch, the boys sit and hangout with the boys while the girls sit with the girls so I rarely see him. I sit next to him in homeroom and I do talk to him a little bit but when I talk to him I sort of just act normal. I am comfused and i really shouldn't be!!
Should I ask him out or just wait to see what happens? Give me the info from boys +girls!

wait to see what happens. Because if you ask him out, and you figure out you dont like him and he starts to like you, your gonna break his poor little heart. lol. I'd wait! :)

Aw thats kind of like me now. Theres a boy I like and we have so much in common etc... blah blah blah.
Become friends with him first get to know him more based on what you know. And decide then if your more compatable then from what you know.

I always know how I feel. I may not always tell someone how I feel, but I always know. I may feel two ways towards someone. I've loved people to death, but wanted to strangle them. When you like someone, you know. There is no question. When you love someone, you know. I'm in love, and I know it. Hell, I may end up marrying that guy, and I sure hope I do. I have never been happier than I am now, and I'm not giving this up without a fight.

okey i agree with most of you.

I do know that i like him now because when i'm around him i get that feeling and when i see him talking to other girls, it makes me feel a little sad that he's not talking to me but thats okey.

i am taking all of your advices and putting them together.
