Wireless Internet at HHI [Archive] - The DIS Discussion Forums

I did a search and did not see this announced.

I just returned from another wonderful weekend at HHI. As usual, I started talking to the cast member at the front desk. The discussion turned to wireless access and where on the island I could get a connection. She mentioned a few places, but was pleased to announce that starting Oct 20th, that three WI-Fi connections would be available at the resort. One at community hall, one in Big Murgie's Den and she thought the third was at the beach house

Thanks for the info we're headed there in June and I will appreciate the new service. Do you know if there will be any cost for it?

Thanks so much for the info. When we were there in August, I was chatting with them re:wireless internet connection and they said that is the #1 topic came about these days.

Hopefully after this, they will be able to allow all units have access as well.

I wonder if VB can do something also.

Thanks, Robin. That is good news to hear.

Hopefully they will be able to expand it so WiFi will be accessible from the villas.

This is GREAT news!!! My mom and I both had to drive to the little pharmacy down the road b/k we both have to get online frequently. I can't wait to tell her this. She fell in love with the resort so this is just the icing on the cake! Thanks for the info.

OMG-that's great! Can I ask which room you're in? Because we couldn't access the free internet from our room #1137 in Thanksgiving. It would have been soo convenient if we could.

We're in 1132, which is directly above the front desk (across the hall and up two floors from Big Murggie's Den).
