New Kid question: What is Dis Con?

New Kid here(DH here who is a big 47 yro kiddie). I am reading about Dis Con and lime green ribbons and this stuff is happening with our (dw too another big kid age not giving LOL:eek: ) first trip home. OKW 1 bedroom. Any info would be great.
