Tour at Vero Beach

Before we went on the tour at the Boardwalk 5 weeks ago
we stopped at the booth at VWL and they set up a time for us. Do we need to set up a time for the Vero Beach tour? or do they take you as you arrive at the booth?
My MIL and I would like to tour Vero Beach since I'll be staying at her house before my cruise. Her winter home is only 10 miles from Vero. Should we call Vero and set up a time before we head over?

I would definately call ahead because VB does not have that large of a sales staff compared to WDW. This way you will be sure to get the attention and the time you need.
