After a bad couple of weeks I have lost 2.5 lbs this week, Ive started going swimming and it seems to be working! Good luck everyone! :banana:

Hi everyone, Jen, you're doing great, keep up the good work. I lost 1lb this week but I haven't done any proper exercise other than walking the dogs which isnt exactly strenuous so I need to get my act together and find the time. That should hopefully boost my weight loss. I had lost a lb last week as well but I couldn't post as my computer had decided to throw a wobbly and I couldn't get on line for most of the week :badpc: Its starting to get harder now as my thoughts are turning to preparing for Christmas (I made a Christmas Pudding, mincemeat, jam and some chutney at the weekend and I didn't taste any of them!) and we go to Disneyland Paris in just over 2 weeks. As long as I don't gain I'll be happy, but another couple of pound off before Paris would be excellent. Have a good week everyone.

Well done to the losers, good luck to everyone yet to weigh, I have now offically stopped dieting to such a strict rule, as I go away in 12 days and Im too excited to continue in earnest, however I am still trying to eat healthly and Im very pleased with the 26lb that I have lost. I hope I dont put too much on back at WDW and will rejoin you all after my holidays. :thumbsup2

I gave up on rosemary conley so i thought i'd join WW last week and i've stayed the same so i think i'll have to start taking the dog out more.

well i stayed the same! I have been off work all week with a viral infection, so my dieting hasnt been followed that well, oh well next week i should see a result :wizard:

Well done to all you 'Losers' out there. I have been struggling for weeks, and I have never known a diet to take so long, but thankfully after staying the same weight for a few weeks, I have finally lost 2 lbs this week :cheer2: :cheer2:

I am in a VERY bad mood! :furious: Not only is my MIL coming to stay for week today and not only have I forgotten to put sweetener in my coffee but I have also gained 1LB!!! How is this even possible? I've been doing the same stuff and have even upped my exercise so I'm going to the gym 2/3 times a week and walking on average 5 miles a flippin' day! What's going on??? :confused3 I'd say I'll try harder but I actually don't think I can... :sad2:

Karen, all i can say is try to vary what you eat and also change the mealtimes around a bit.What i do sometimes is have my larger meal in the day and then a snack at night. with all this gym work going on your body is turning fat into muscle and this weighs heavier than fat.It will level out though. :goodvibes for a treat try sugar free jelly!!mmm lovely!

Well Done Mandy. Don't give up KAren. Lots of people in my slimming group maintain or have a slight gain when they take up lots of exercise. I think it's your body adjusting (muscles/fat weight debate)
Don't give up because at least you will "look" better with all that exercise.
I maintained this week which I was really pleased about as we ate out 3 times and I had a family party at the weekend and you know what buffets are like.... you might as well put out plates of FAT! :rotfl2:
Hopefully I can get stuck into the diet again this week and get a decent loss!

I am off to mid glamorgan tomorrow, we are going to take our ds stuff down for him,theres boxes and suitcases of his stuff here, which he needs for uni.we are going to do it in a day, but its at least a 4 1/2 hour journey there and back. we cant stay over night as i feel our dd is too young to be left overnight here with the dog for company, i will just worry all the time.
anyway, i hope you all have a great weekend and i'll be back on here on sunday! :grouphug:
