Going Nov 4th-12th to AKL Garden Grocer Deliveries Booked Already

We are heading to AKL for our first trip to DW. I have read some much information on these boards I feel we are ready. One disturbing item, I tried to make delivery reservations from Garden Grocer for groceries and they are booked for deliveries on Nov 3,4,5. So if you are planning to use them, you might start looking for different options.

I will be getting there on Nov. 4th and I tried to get them too, but could not. Did you call them. I was wandering if they really were booked or if something was wrong with the website.

Grrrr we need them on the 5th and i've been procrastinating.....

I put into the comments section, a note about 3+ weeks out and booked for the 3-5th. I have also emailed and left a phone message and have NOT heard back. I will keep you updated. I would place the order soon, then worry about getting it moved up. At least the order will be in the system.

AKL Nov 4-12th

Just called this morning. Yes they are really booked, but accomodated me by delivering our order to the resort 2 1/2 days earlier then our check-in of 5/5. They will be delivering for us the evening of 5/2. We will be at the Hilton on the 4th, and will call BCV ahead to have the delivery found for our check-in.

I questioned and was assured it would be no problem with the resort, and would be waiting for us.

I didn't order anything perishable, so should be no problem...I hope!? :confused3

I tried to place the order but it kept saying they were not available on the 3rd - 5th. So, I placed an order with Wegoshop, but I have not heard from them yet either. Good luck!!

I recieved a call back from Garden Grocer and they were able to work a delivery the day before we arrive instead of 2 days after. What great customer service. See you all there

I am glad to hear you made out well. I did also. Wegoshop will deliver mine on the evening I arrive at BCV on the 4th. YIPPEE!!!!!
