Just wondering if any Canadians have been able to use their Canadian credit cards at the Publix grocery stores in Florida? I would really prefer to use it over cash.

Certainly. You card should work anywhere in the world at any establishment accepting that particular card (AMEX, Visa, etc.) or type of ATM (debt) card. Just be aware of the exchange rate charged by your card before using; some charge higher fees than others.
