Other than buying Disney Art at the parks, where can I find really nice Disney Art on the internet. Who are some really great Disney artist? I would really like to find a beautiful oil painting of Walt Disney World something that when I look at it I am transformed back to Main Street U.S.A. I know there are some collectors out there. Where did you get your art?

I have seen a few things on ebay. I also saw some nice things at the disney store.

Anyone else have any suggestions? I am also interested in seeing more.

I don't know if they have the items online, but the World of Disney in NYC has a great selection of artwork. I've been there many times in person, but I'm not sure if they sell it on their website. But they have really nice items for sale. :)

I actually moved this to the Theme Parks Community Board first but I think the better spot for this is over on the Disney Collectors board and I'll move it there now.

Thanks!

There are many galleries around the country that carry all types of Disney art.

If you do a Google or Yahoo search you will find many listed.

You might want to check out Phil Sears Collectibles. He often has original cels for sale as well as many other Disney Collectibles.

A very good and reputable site is Martha's Disneyana Exchange linked (http://www.disneyana-exchange.com/) here. People who want to sell items will list them with her, and all transactions go through her.

When someone wants to buy something she will check to see that the seller still has it for sale. The buyer pays her and the seller ships the item(s) to her. She will verify that the item is as described, with certificates, etc and condition and will then transship to the buyer. After it has been received she will then send the seller their money.
