RPH rehab?

I saw it mentioned in a couple of threads that the RPH is going to be rehabed in 2007. Is this true? Does anyone know the time frame if it is true? I'm trying to decide between the Hard Rock and the RPH. I prefer the RPH, but the new rooms at the HRH look very nice!

I was told Labor Day from RPR front desk staff that RPR would be rehabbed following the HRH rehab. When? I don't know.

Thanks for te information. I think I am going to make a reservation at the RPH and see what happens. The rooms at the HRH look great, but I prefer the atmosphere at the RPH.

Good post. I was wondering the same thing. I cannot find an email for the RPH anywhere because I think its a big issue. We plan to go in May and if its in full refurb mode I will change to the PBR. Hope someone can post up some definite dates in the future.

I made a reservation at RPH yesterday, but I think I'm going to call their guest services and ask about the rehab. I'll post if I get any new information.

I just spoke with someone at the front desk of the RPH. She said that renovations were not due to start until 2007 - not sure when or how long they will take. I'll try calling again later this year.

I am also hoping that someone will be able to give us an update on RPR renovations that will be taking place. I would like to stay at both HRH for the 1st time in 2007 but I also really love the RPR and I am sure it will only be better after its renovations.

i read about the dates of the rehab last night. don't remember which website had it listed.

if i remember correctly, think it begins mid summer and should be finished in november 07

Oh No!! We are suppose to be staying there in August of 2007. I guess I am going to have to change. The last thing I want on vacation is to be in the midst of renovations...I can get that at home :confused3 :rotfl2:
