In case no one has reported the 2002 dues for HH....

$0.5279 Est Capital reserve Budget
$0.2601 Est Ad Valorem Tax

$3.4849 Estimated 2002 HH annual fee/point....this is an increase from $3.32 for 2001. (But the prior 2 years had decreased).

I have'nt received my report yet. Is there still a "Developers Subsidy" line. This is usually the true sign of the resort selling out.
