Looking for Casey's Corner holiday house

My Casey's Corner (with Goofy) holiday village piece broke and I am trying to find another one to replace it. I'm having some trouble, and found one on ebay, but can't see paying $100 plus $20+ for shipping for a $55 village piece.

Does anyone know where I can find another one of these to complete my collection? (WDW just released the firehouse and City Hall this year as well)

I've been watching ebay too for the holiday houses. I also can't see spending that much money for one. I have been hoping they will put them up on DisneyShopping this year like they did last year. Plus, you can normally get some sort of discount on them. I am still kicking myself for not buying three of them last year for like $80. So far they haven't put them up and I am kind of nervous that they won't because there is a new holiday set on there know.

As my back-up plan I am going to go get some of them through WDW mail order if they don't go up on the website. You will have to pay retail for them plus shipping. This would still be cheaper than ebay. On my recent trip I took a business card from the DD Christmas store and wrote down everything I needed for the collection. You can email the store directly at wdw.days.of.christmas@disney.com and ask them if they have it in stock. On my card I have Casey's is listed at $55.00. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the SKU number. If you go this route, just be as detailed in your description as you can be.

I am still going to give DisneyShopping some more time to put more Christmas stuff up. Maybe in a few weeks if I don't see them then I will do the mail order.

PS-Do you know there is a Cinema house too with Donald & Daisy? I don't remember seeing that one last year.

Hate to say this, but my friend just got back from WDW and did not see Caseys anywhere! But, she did see the new City Hall one, I must have it!

I was at WDW at the end of August and again 2nd week of September and was told they were completely out of these (and since it was last year's model they would not carry it again this year) :(
Thanks for the info though (I had called merchandise mail order as well on this just to check on the off chance one was still available, as they still had it listed at the Days of Christmas store, but no such luck!)
It's the only one I need since mine broke. I did get the new pieces this year.
If anyone sees one reasonably priced PLEASE, PLEASE let me know.
