How long for a reservation confirmation?

I made a reservation for my first visit home a little over a week ago. When should I expect my confirmation in the mail?

I think I allowed 10 business days before I called up and asked for another one to be sent. One time, I got a confirmation within a week, but another time, 2 weeks went by with nothing. I had them resend it, and it got to me in 3 days.

I don't usually expect to see it in less than 2 weeks, and sometimes it takes longer. Sometimes I don't get one at all, but no need to really have it anyway as long as the ressie shows up correctly on your account at the member website.
