:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Good for you Kathryn, to be honest this whole dieting lark is a pain, and if we didn't have a good blow-out occassionally, life would get very boring

...I always put life before my diet...
Same here! For me, life's way too short for calorie/carb counting all the time however much I want to squeeze into a smaller pair of jeans... :rolleyes1
Nice one, Florence! :thumbsup2
Anyway, good luck all! http://bestsmileys.com/exercising/5.gifhttp://bestsmileys.com/exercising/5.gifhttp://bestsmileys.com/exercising/5.gif

Oh dear i've put on 2lb this week but i'm thinking of going to WW instead of Rosemary Conley as i'm struggling with what to eat with this one.
Looks like you can have whatever you like within your points allowance with WW i've only skimmed through the SIL book but it looks much easier

I do WW and find it very easy to follow (when I actually make the effort that is  ). I tried Slimming World earlier this year and just couldn't get my head round it at all. I suspect I may just be a bit thick though as I know a few people who follow it with no problems :rotfl:

I lost 1lb this week after staying the same last week. I am being really good, so it is very annoying that the scales don't seem to be reflecting this.
I think I need to do some exercise, although it's my least favourite thing in the whole world.
Keep up the good work everybody, and well done to Netty, that was some result. :thumbsup2

I have got to be very good this weekend, i'm off to see Tom Jones in concert tonight in manchester with my sis, and we are staying over in a hotel! So it will be a meal out tonight and a cooked brekkie in the morning! :rolleyes1 hopefully, i might walk all that off xmas shopping at the Trafford centre tomorrow!!

Only lost 1/2lb but really pleased as it had been hubby's birthday and we'd eaten out 3 times!
Not hopeful about this week as i've had 2 family parties and you know how fattening buffets are......
