I spend quite a bit of time on the WW site- looking at new recipes, reading articles, using etools. I plan my menus there and log in my weights and exercise times. I go to the gym as often as I can (my goal is 6 days a week- I'm at 3-4 right now). Sometimes I just walk on the treadmill and sometimes I also use the weights. I jump on my elliptical machine at home as much as I can.
That's about it!

Breakfast -- lite turkey on lite english muffin (2); coffee with lite creamer (1)
snack -- apple (1); weight watchers yogurt (1)
lunch -- garden salad with fat free dressing (1); weight watchers 4 pt meal over steamed broccoli (4)
snack -- pretzels or rice cakes or lite popcorn (2-3 points)
dinner -- weight watchers or lean cuisine meal (6-7 pts); green beans or other free veggie (0)
dessert -- vitalicious muffin (1) or WW ice cream (2-3 pts) or fat free chips (2)
If I am going to the gym, I usually eat a granola bar before or 1/2 on the way there and 1/2 on the way home. These are usually 2-3 pts.
I usually earn from 2-5 APs on the nights I go to the gym and 8-9 during my weekend workouts. I am trying not to eat these points, but on a day like today (I did 10 miles), I am ravenous and will probably eat all my APs.
