OK, I know this has been brought up before, but this will be our first trip to BWV in a van. Do you tip when the valet parks the car, when you pick up the car, or both.? And how much is 'normal'..? thanx...

There was a big poll done on this subject a while back. Do a search and view the results. I usually tip a few dollars when I have them get the car for me but should probably tip both at drop off and pick up since it's probably different people.
