I wanted to over bid an offer and he did not take it, i really doubt, he will take your over bid otherwise it is not fair for me ..

I'm sorry but I don't like to get into the bid war thing. I always try to take the first fair offer rather than keep players waiting around for bid topping. This is also an effort to ensure that players not as wealthy as others still have a chance to compete. I am sorry to cause disappointment but it is the only fair way I know to do things.
