Phone #'s to get planning video..........

Called this number the other day to get the planning video 1-800-928-2955.A live person answered the phone,took all my info,asked me a few questions then told me I would get my video in 2-3 weeks.I just saw this number advertised on the Comedy network to get the video 1-800-720-6554.Dont know whether this one is automated or live person.I never received the one I ordered from disney.ca so hopefully this one will come.

Thanks for posting the numbers...I got through on the second number and spoke to a real person who promised me a video within 2-3 weeks :)

I just called the first number and got a live person. However, she was not able to answer any of my questions and kept saying any questions I had would be answered in the video. She also seemed very nervous. I asked her how they were affiliated with Disney and she hung up on me. Hmmm - do you think this might be a marketing line? I may be wrong and I hope I am but I would be interested to know what kind of questions they ask. She hung up on me before I had a chance to find out.:confused:

Toad: The questions they asked me were (trying to remember), when was I considering travelling, how interested was I (scale of 1-3) in the Disney Cruise Line, have I booked hotel yet, and the years any children that would be travelling were born. I think that was it...the fellow I talked to impressed me by knowing Winnipeg was in Canada, but blew it by stating that's in Alberta, right?:D

I got those questions too.Plus what years were my kids born,when I was born,last year we went ot WDW.The guy that I talked to was from Montreal and we ended up talking about HAmilton beating MOntreal in the semi finals and that HAmilton was going to beat Winnipeg( and we know how that ended up,:rolleyes: Kinda sad that she couldnt have just told you she couldnt answer your questions
