I love throwing a pork roast in with some red potatoes, onion, garlic, carrots, celery. Add some Mrs Dash and it is yummy!

we have a healthy recipe section at the top of this forum -- if you are looking for low fat i'd suggest the Weight Watcher recipes. are you savvy at converting recipes for crock pot?

if you don't mind surfing a bit here's a link (http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/crockpot) I have bookmarked. in fact, i should surf it myself :thumbsup2

i have been using my crockpot alot lately, i'm kitchen-free at the moment -- for easy dinners i do like chicken breasts with Fat-Free Italian dressing over top and my family loves those; chili made with lean ground beef or better yet ground turkey; pork chops with BBQ sauce over them.......that's all coming to mind right now, sorry!

We have been making White Chili in ours once a week. Lots of good protein, and yummy to boot!

Subscribing, I don't know any without cream of chicken or cream of mushroom sauce.

You can use a can of low sodium veggie or chicken broth over chicken breasts w/ potatoes, carrots, celery. Good stuff. Simple too.
