I lost 2 pounds this week. I can't believe it. I don't usually lose two weeks in a row. It is all because of you guys. Everytime I wanted to eat something I would aks myself if I really needed it because of the team.
Thanks for all the encouragement.

Ok I am really down in the dumps today. I weighed yesterday at the doctors office and it said 206. Good right? Well I got on my scale this morning and the evil thing said 212. How can there be that much difference? I guess I should go with my scale since that is the one I have been using. But that means I am up 3 pounds. I think I'll go hide now in a corner somewhere. :sad2:

:Pinkbounc Good Morning Purple Team.... :Pinkbounc
I did not make it to the gym yesterday, but I did fit in 20 minute power walk at lunch time so that was good.
I hopped on the scale this morning (OK - I really just stepped on it) and I lost 2 pounds... I am shocked at that given all of the restaurant food I have been eating lately.
Here's to a healthy week for everyone... :wave2:
Desiree - Don't hide in the corner over this week's results. Everyone's body is a little different at different points in the month, so you may just be retaining a little extra water this week or you could have built up some muscle which weighs more than fat. Focus on staying on track for this next week and the results will follow. Keep drinking that water and the fruit and veggie challenge this week should also help. Hang in there...

Good Morning from Oregon!
This week I showed a loss of 3 lbs- that's good. What's NOT so good is I didn't do well with the exercise. I think that after this week is over I'm really going to concentrate on the exercise because I will have been on the dieting for 4 weeks then.
CONGRATS to all you that havd great success in the execise challenge! You ALL RULE! I'm totally in on the next one!
Ralika- Congrats on your weight loss! That's so great! I hope your happy with it. From last weeks thread I know you were hoping for it to drop lower- but I think that is a really good loss!
Desiree That's all water! It's not unusual for me to gain or lose 5 lbs over night from water. My husband does the same just from walking for an hour! Don't be stressed out because of it. Plus- your scale may weigh differently from your Dr.'s scale. No 2 scales are the same.
Goofyfan Way to go with getting that power walk in! I wish I had that determination. Right now I'm concentrating on the food. Starting next week- I'll give a little more attention to the exercise!
I'm thinking about joining a gym, but not really sure that's what I want to do. Any insight from anyone along that front??

Good Morning PURPLE TEAM!!
Way to go guys!! And I'm sorry I didn't contribute much to our exercise challenge but I can say that you guys TOTALLY ROCK!!! Hopefully I'll be able to pull my weight on this next challenge. So do we know where we stacked up against the blue & red teams yet??
Well I'm pumped - I did lose 2 pounds this past week - and I didn't eat any "office" foods - and as usual there were at ton of them available. I think I would have done better but yesterday we had a lunch meeting and went to Ted's Escondido Cafe. I did order chicken nachos instead of a beef dish and I did immediately put about 2/3 of it right into a to go box. I did have one tortilla - but that's a huge victory over the 2 or 3 I usually have (they have the best home made tortillas). So I'm definitely making progress on the choosing healthier foods and eating smaller portions.
I will tackle our new team challenge head on - and have we heard anything about a new challenge between teams yet??
Desiree - don't feel bad about this week's weigh-in - your weight can fluctuate so much and our bodies do some crazy stuff sometimes. Just wait until next week and see how you do. Sometimes we just need to look at the big picture (the whole journey) instead of at a single week in it. Keep on keeping on and you will see the numbers go down - so get out of that corner already!!
GO PURPLE TEAM!!

Way to go us!!! That's alot of minutes!!! :)
Unfortunately work is getting in the way of my posting time!!!! I will send a general congrats to everyone for losses... and for not losing AND NOT GIVING UP!!! That's the key! We don't always lose... sometimes any.. sometimes not enough... but when we don't have those losses we would like, we have to remember NOT to give in and give up! That has always been my problem... one I hope to be able to conquer this time around!
I am so into the exercise this time.. that is what is different for me. I actually have become one of those people who looks forward to going to the gym.. or going for my walk?!?!?!? When did that happen!!????!! That is just crazy!
Anyway... I am reporting a 3.5 lb loss (Highlighted to help easily locate it in my ramblings! LOL!!!) This is amazing for me!! Yes.. of course I would LOVE those big losses.. but, let's be realistic... that just doesn't happen in the real world! I am trying to prepare myself mentally now for the upcoming weeks and the 1 and 2 lb losses, because THAT is a Reality!
Okay.. I typed more than I thought I would have time for! so.. until later.... "weigh" to go... :cool1:
BUT before I Go... I would like to extend... A HUGE THANK YOU to our Team Leader Disneyfanz04 You are always here.. and supporting us! A team is only as good as it's leader! Thank you for that!!! And SO much more! :cheer2:
WOW... look.. this was my 1,000 post!!! :) COOOOOOOOLLLLLL

Congrats to the entire purple team. You have all been working very hard and it is showing.
Desiree I have had the same problem. My scale and the doctor's scale are different. I also bought a new scale in Sept and it had me a lot heavier than what I was with the old scale. According to the new scale I am back down in Onderland as of this morning. But according to the old scale I was there all summer. You never can tell

Yeah i was very disappointed with my lost. I gain 1.5 pounds from sunday. I worked really hard this past week. My clothes are looser and my stomache is not sticking out as far. So maybe i built alot of muscle i am lifting weights alot. I want to get down from 308.4 to min 280 or 270 by December 11 for my disneyworld trip. I am so excited last time i went i had alot of trouble with my asthma back in 2000. I had to rent an evc because the humidty and the fires I just couldn't handle it. This time I am hoping to walk it all for 10 days. Excersising 4 days a week I hope I will be in good enough shape to do this. I go to disneyland all the time (live 4 hours away) and have no trouble other then my feet feeling bruise the next day. (any tips on preventing this I would love) I wear good sneakers when ever I go. I have serve serve asthma under 1% of asthmatics are like me. I always have to have my nebulizer available to me. So i leave it in my car most of the time. I will close for now. GRATS to all the losses. and as for gaining i can gain 10 pounds in water weight easily or more if I am on steriods.

Good morning. Did everyone here on the east coast hear the thunderstorm that we had here in Jersey. It woke me up.
I was up at 4 this morning and there iis no point in going back to sleep then. I watched some tv and then started working out. I got in 50 minutes this morning.
Keep up the good work everyone. I can't wait to see this week's totals

10-05-2006, 07:08 AM
Good morning everyone,
Donac I live in South Jersey but didn't hear any storm. Hmmm I wonder if we got it.
Anyway, I don't have good news and I feel like crying. I didn't lose one ounce and I am exactly the same as when I started. I can't believe it!! I am doing everything right. I am drinking my 8 or more glasses of water a day, staying under the 1550 calories (usually between 1300 and 1400) and I am eating good foods too like salads, fruits, more veggies and fiber rich foods. I am doing 40 to 50 minutes of cardio 5 x a week too. I don't understand why I'm not losing. I lost when I did WW but it was slow. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Maybe the 1500 calories are too much even with exercise. That would give me a negative of say 200 calories which means I'm taking in 1300 for fuel if I eat the 1500 and some days I don't. Like last night I topped out at 1297 so I am really not sure what is up here.
Sorry I am not pulling my weight so to say :guilty: :confused3 :sad1: :sad2:

Good morning! I only lost 1.2 this week. I'm a bit disappointed but still happy because it is a loss! Even though I stayed within my points everyday, I didn't make the best food choices. This week will be better!
WDWorBUST
10-05-2006, 10:46 AM
Dizprincess27 - Have you been eating that way long?? Do you tend to eat the same foods over and over?? Are you getting closer to your target weight?? So many things can cause a plateau - your body is essentially in a rut. Try switching up the type of exercise you're doing - eating some different foods. Remember you haven't gained and that is always positive. Just keep working at it and it will happen.....I know is sounds crazy but maybe eat at the top of your calorie range for a week and see what happens. Or see-saw with your calories. Plateaus STINK - there's no way to get around that....but with determination you will get through it. Another thing to keep in mind is sometimes after having lost a certain number of pounds (different for everyone) our bodies need to readjust and will stabilize and then the pounds will start coming of again. Just don't give up - you can and will do it!!

I don't usually lose two weeks in a row. I will lose some and then not lose some for a couple of weeks. I was doing everything right for some time and never lost a pound. It is discouraging but keep up the hard work

Wow.. am I hurting this morning! I took a Total Body Conditioning class last night at the gym... and WOW... that was tough!! But hurting in a good way! (Again.. something I never thought I would say!!) I was very proud of myself for finally going into the class... I would usually stand outside and watch... embarressed that I couldn't possibly keep up with them. The instructor would look up and see me and wave... and he was very happy that I finally came in also! It was very encouraging! Not only did I keep up.. but I actually did know what I was doing! And I finished the whole class! I couldn't do a few of the crunches.. and couldnt' do ALL of the push-ups.. but I did push myself to do more than I would have before. I just kept visualizing the biggest loser folks and how they push themselves through the exercises.. and I would do one more! I am really excited about this exercise regime.... and I want to keep it up! I am glad I have you all to report to... it keeps me honest!!
Dizprincess You are pulling your weight!! You are doing the program.. and you are exercising... you are not giving up... AND you care about what your results are! So... to me that is being part of a team!
Being here..posting encouragement and advice to other team members is JUST as important.. if not MORE important than pulling in the numbers sometimes! It really helps... I think that is why the purple team is so successful... we truly care about each other.. and no matter how busy our "real lives" get.. we take the time to come here and support one another. I know it really helps me when I see some encouragement from another poster.... or read about someone else's success.. or slip up!!
Tinkamom Take that ONLY out of that sentence... it should read.. "I lost 1.2 this week" with a HUGE smilie after it!! Remember.. a loss is a loss... no matter how big or small. Time is going to pass anyway... and who cares if you get to that place in 3 months or 2 years... you are still going to get to spend the rest of your life in that skinny body! :)
Disneyfanz I have to reiterate what a wonderful team leader you are.... The purple team is always represented... and as we sit and wait and wait and wait for the other teams to report in... it make me appreciate you even more! You are GREAT!!!
Donac I am here in New York.. the city... and we had those storms last night also! I LOVE them!!! Nice and cozy to sleep through.. when they don't wake you up! LOL!! I can't believe you stayed up to exercise! I am so NOT a morning person!! LOL!! Way to go!!
Okay... I am off.. well.. a little more slowly than usual... OUCH.. my aching muscles (I say with a HUGE grin!!) Have a great day everyone!

Thanks to everyone for the encouragement and I am definitely not giving up!!!
WDWorBust - actually I just started the program 2 weeks ago but I am a former yo-you dieter so perhaps my body is just getting used to eating right and exercising regularly. I am going to the docs just to make sure everything is in working order and continuing on because I feel much better regardless and I just know eventually it will work because I've done it before. Every since I quit smoking 6 years ago and then had back surgery 2 years ago I've struggled. Prior to that, I was a tiny size 3 or 5. I'm only 5.1 so I'm short and can't take the extra weight especially b/c it's not good for my back.
Valentine - Thanks for making me feel like I am contributing and I do feel like I'm a big part of something and accountable which is better than avoidance. It was a busy week last week for me too so I didn't post alot. It was my 42nd birthday.
Airhead - I am so happy about your brother's successful surgery and send prayers your way for a smooth and healthy recovery. My Mom is a 15 year ovarian cancer survivor so I know it is possible with faith and love. Eat some pizza for me b/c that's my fav food ever especially Jersey pizza (I forgot where you live) LOL
:grouphug: Thanks everyone again and congrats go out to us all (including me and my non weight loss) for trying hard, exercising and being accountable!!!

TheRatPack ~ I don't weigh in until 6pm on Thursday evening, so you can use last weeks loss if you'd like :) I'll just be a week behind....LOL Really hoping for a loss tonight....I've been sticking to the WW points system like glue....and have avoided some major major temptations lately! Oh and I've completely dropped caffeine and sodas!!!! This is my 3rd week, cravings gone and I'm good with water again....YAY! My 3rd week (starts today) also means more exercise. I tried to slowly break in to the WW points, and didn't want to jinx myself with too much exercise and my body hold on to all that fat so I waited till week three to begin my exercise regime. Wished I could have added to the work out total last week though :) I'll definitely add to the fruit and vege total this week though....I've been having atleast 2 pieces of fruit a day as well as some vege's to make up the WW requirement :)

Congrats to everyone on their losses. For those of you who didn't do as well as you had hoped, there is always next week.

Well guys I have to tell you I am getting totally motivated I have lost a total of 5 pounds and I have a long way to go to get where I want to be but I will get there little by little.
So far my resolve to exercise has stayed with me, its only been a few days and boy am I out of shape, but I feel better just knowing I am finally doing something about it. Wednesday I walked for 15 minutes at lunch and then I did my 1 mile WATP tape with weights in the evening, for a total of 25 minutes of exercise (baby steps, first right) Today I walked for 15 minutes at lunch and then did the 2 mile WATP tape for a total of 45 minutes today.
I thinks I am going to do the 1 mile tape on Mon, Wed and Friday, the 2 mile tape on Tues, Thurs and Sat. I want to walk each work day at lunch, 15 minutes now, and then increase the time each week.
You have all got me in the mood to make a healthier me :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Good Morning PUPRLE TEAM!!
I am not doing so good with this week's challenge....I'm getting "some" fruits and veggies in, but not nearly enough. I've also struggled with food this week - hopefully that's all gone and out of my system now.
Hope everyone is doing great!!

I gained another pound. What is with this I am still eating on my diet have not cheated and i have gain 2 pounds in 4 days. Could this be muscle? I have taken alot of steriods for my asthma and have not excersise in forever before 5 weeks ago. The steriods make you loose muscle. I am feeling so discourage right now.
WDWorBUST
10-06-2006, 11:54 AM
Ralika - Sorry you are struggling. My best suggestion would be to stay off the scale. I would weigh every week at the same time (I use Wednesday morning because of this) and that's it. The regular fluctuations can make you CRAZY. I know how hard it can be though - I find myself just wanting to take a little peek to make sure I'm "on track" but I really try very hard not to. The other thing is if you are doing a lot of weight lifting - pick out a pair of pants to try on each week. You may find that they are getting looser even when the scale isn't moving as much as you'd like. Just keep at it.
dizprincess27
10-06-2006, 12:58 PM
Ralika hang in there. I haven't lost an ounce since we started two weeks ago but I know I'm eating right and exercising so I am going to hang in there with you okay. We can do this together and everyone here is so positive we can't go wrong.
RALIKA
10-06-2006, 01:05 PM
yeah i know its just so hard not to show a loss when you are working so hard. I mean i am sick of the gym. I go on days i don't feel like going too. Even on days my asthma is bothering me and i shouldn't be going. I did 100 crunches last night. My blood preassure is alot lower from excersising not that it was high before.

GOOD AFTERNOON PURPLE TEAM!!!!!
Sorry I didn't get a chance to come back on last night cause I was super busy with homework, and I really don't have time to stay on now either, but I just wanted to say keep up the ggod work everyone, and do not get discouraged about any gain or not enough loss...I'll be back later on (hopefully) to talk more....
BUT...
It has been brought to my attention that when we did our exercise minutes for last weeks challenge that the only minutes that we were to count were actual "exercise" minutes...like going for a walk, bike ride, swimming, at home tapes, gym...etc...so if you included minutes in your time that did not include actual "exercise" could you please let me know and I can change it...you can just send me a PM if you want...THANKS EVERYONE!!!!! :thumbsup2

All mine were actual exercise minutes... :)
Hi everyone! Hope we are all doing okay today! well.. I just gave myself a real eye opener! I have been wanting to do pictures of myself to keep a record of my weight loss.. even though it's two weeks later.. and I know I have lost a bit of weight... but.. I figure it's better to have some now and not wait any longer... WELL... those starting pictures are awful!! OMG!! It's amazing how when you look at yourself in the mirror you look one way... but when you look at pictures it's a whole other story! all I have to say is YUCK!! I can't wait to see that body change shape...Now I have another reminder whenever I want to reach for something that I shouldn't.... i will just visualize those pictures.. that will stop me for sure!
Well.. i am off to bed... I have a date tomorrow night!! Yahoo!! It's our second one.. and we have been getting along very well on the phone... sooooooo ... who knows.. a healthy lifestyle and a relationship? Could it be possible?? :) Stay tuned! :)
LOL!!

Hi all,
I have a quick second to post because the dd isn't here right now hehe!! She never lets me get on when she's home it's awful Anyway all of my exercise is actual minutes too!! I worked out Sunday through Friday so I'm proud of myself this week. I have a baby shower to go to tomorrow so I have to run and get a gift and this is my cleaning day so I probably will skip today but I will try to get something in tomrorrow. I feel pretty good and that I'm on the right track so that's good. Hey did we win week one or no? I don't remember seeing that post duh!! :confused3

hey, looks like emailing the code through dis-email worked? great! Michelle, i see you offered to send the code out, i'll step back now unless you wanted me to continue searching for emails from the other team members.
and not to hijack your chatter, but it's my understanding we aren't having team winners per week by pounds lost. those postings are more for kudos and high fives. the overall Biggest Loser winner will be based on percentage of weight lost, just like the show. speaking for my team -- our team captain was in the hospital a couple weeks ago and hasn't really been back, other then a quick pop-in. i was on vacation and didn't know she had been gone until i returned, so we have a couple weeks that are mostly likely sitting in her PM box and I can't retrieve them. I'm sure when she recovers she'll get it all caught up, for now I stepped up and tracked our pounds lost from that point. at this time i don't have all the weeks records, i guess i'm waiting to hear from our captiain before i totally overthrow her :teeth:
please let your team captain know if you have ideas for team challenges in the future. and FYI - i will include deadlines for those, lesson learned. we are all doing our best here, remember this is my first time attempting to run a challenge like this. feel free to PM me anytime with ideas or suggestions! have a great weekend all.

Well, I’m working on the fruits and veggies goal – that’s a tough one for me since most of what I eat is either protein or starch. Yesterday I had a fruit cup for snack, chunky tomato sauce on my pasta lunch, and there were some carrots and celery and some leafy greens (escarole?) in my soup for dinner. Today I had Chinese for lunch and instead of just eating the veggies I like, I ate all of them and left some of the meat, plus I’m getting ready for some applesauce for a snack. I’ll try and get some veggies in with dinner even though we don’t have much at home since we haven’t really gone shopping since we got back – I’ll at least have a glass of tomato juice if there aren’t veggies with dinner (I know it’s extra sodium but I’ve stopped putting salt on anything and only using it while cooking a dish along with other seasonings). We are supposed to go to a neighbor’s house after dinner so DH can smoke one of the cigars he bought in Jamaica. There will probably be some wine or other spirits. I’ll only have some if I have exercised after work…which brings me to my next topic of conversation.
When does everyone fit in their exercise? Once I get started I’m fine it’s just getting on the treadmill or popping the dvd in that takes some effort. I’m usually off to catch the train by 7:30am and don’t get home until almost 7pm. By the time I’ve had dinner, which usually isn’t until after 8, and doing some little things around the house I don’t feel like getting up off the couch and exercising. Right now I seem to squeeze in some time b/w getting home and eating/making dinner or sometimes after dinner if I’m not feeling too beat. I’m sure that isn’t ideal but I’m not sure where else to fit it in. I try and exercise on my day off and my half day but sometimes there are just too many errands and housework to get it in on both days. I tried getting up early to exercise once before but that just meant going to bed earlier and I barely got to see DH (we don’t have the same days off so I only see him after work and the rare occasion he has a weekend day off). I guess I’m just venting. I’m sure everyone faces some kind of challenge in finding/making time to exercise. I’m just wondering what works best for others.

Happy Saturday every one!! Well I got some "different" exercise today. We had our company picnic and I played paintball. It was an absolute blast!! I even ate fairly decent at our picnic - I had maybe a 1/4 cup of baked beans and a cheeseburger with ketchup. I did have some funyons on the way home because I was so hungry after playing. But overall not too shabby for a Saturday!

GOOD MORNING PURPLE TEAM!!!!!
Sorry I was absent over the weekend, I had so much work to do...
Anyway, first off let me say...WOOHOO GO US FOR WINNING THE EXERCISE CHALLENGE!!!! Awesome job everyone, whether you contributed 20 minutes or 200 minutes, or no minutes, but thought of us...you guys rock!!!!!
This weekend was ok for me...I really do not know what is going on, but I only lost .6lbs this week...I can't understand??? So what I am going to do this week is focus on the fruits and veggies, the water, and the exercise, and see if that brings me any better luck on the scale next week??? I guess any loss is better than a gain right :thumbsup2 .
So we need to thinnk of a team challenge for this coming week...does anyone have any ideas????
Hope everyone is doing good...check in even if you are having a rough week...that is what we are here for!!!! :grouphug:
I plan on going to the gym today, 45 minutes of cardio, and 15 minutes of abs. I'll check in later while I am at school...

Good morning everyone! How is everyone doing? I've been doing well with the 5 fruits/veggies a day but I cut back a little bit on the exercise. I think I may have over did it a bit on the stairs! I didn't go for my walk last night but I plan on going tonight and every night for the rest of the week.
Maybe we could avoid "white food" for a team challenge, like brown rice or barley instead of white rice and only whole wheat breads and pastas. Another thought....Try a new fruit or veggie each day.
Honeymo78- I usually go for my walks after dinner each night, sometimes I need to force myself, but I feel better once I'm out there. I have playstation's "The Firm" and plan on trying to fit it in in the am before everyone else gets up...but I'm a morning person!
Ralika-Hang in there...your doing everything right! It will come off!

Hello Everyone,
Happy Monday!!!
I did well last week with exercise b/c I worked out Sunday through Friday and took Saturday off. I didn't start last night as I wanted to though b/c I was tired from the weekend but will start up again today with 50 minutes of cardio!!
Disneyfanz04 - you have done wonderful so far and at least you are losing something each week. I would love to have lost 36 lbs right about now trust me!! I better lose something this week or I'm gonna explode :furious:
I will keep going no matter what. I haven't put any of the clippies sorry I've been busy but I'm checking in almost every day!! Good luck to everyone who is weighing in today.

Good Morning Purple Team!! Well I started out "okay" on the weekend and totally blew it by the time it was over. We went out to eat Saturday night and I had chicken crispers, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. The food alone was bad enough but then I went and almost ate all of it. I did leave a little bit but I should have asked for the to go box from the start and boxed up at least half. Of course we ate so late that by the time I ate I was starving. I should know better than to do that. At this point I'm just going to concentrate on this week and hope that by Wednesday morning I don't show a gain. A loss would just be wonderful - but I really just will be happy if I don't gain. Sounds like everyone else did well - congratulations.

You will lose this week!!! What about salt??? Do you use alot of salt???
As far as I go...I am getting frustrated because before when I wasn't working out, I was losing like 1-3lbs a week, now I can't seem to lose more than 1 1/2lb in a week...UGH...I just have to keep going...I'll get there eventually, but I was hoping to reach goal by Christmas... :confused3

Your probably still losing the same amount of fat but gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat! Did that make sense?

5 lbs. of fat is much bulkier than 5 lbs. of muscle, but five pounds is still five pounds. Muscle does not weigh more than fat. (http://www.onemorebite-weightloss.com/muscle-to-fat.html)
But I thought of that as well...maybe I am gaining MORE muscle compared to the fat I am losing??? Does that make sense to anyone??? Like maybe I am losing 2 pounds of fat, but I am gaining one pound of muscle which would equal out to a 1lb loss???

If you are getting discouraged because your weight loss seems slow- you should measure yourself. I'll bet you show a loss in inches as you increase and do your exercises.
As for me- my weigh in day was today and I lost 2.8lbs again! I am sooooo surprised that I ma losing like this! So- to date- 4 weeks on WW and I have lost 12.5 lbs. Yipppeee!!

you guys are wicked awesome. Not only are you all here for weight loss support, but helped me this last 2 weeks get through all the worrying about my brother and his cancer surgery. Amazing to get this kind of support from people I have never met.
well, had that pizza and beer with my brother. Not once did I even think about calories,or fat content! Funny how something serious like cancer puts
everything in perspective. I'm home now, trying to get back on track after a weekend of "fun" food! Its ok though,I'm ready to get my mind set to where it was before all this happened. My brother feels better after a week of dealing with a drain in his back! He said he's always going to be scared now
that it will come back. I don't know what to say about that, because it could come back. I told him to just enjoy his life. that's what we all need to do because none of us know what tomorrow brings.
So,I'm glad to be back but I'm not going to get on the scale until the end of the week!!!!LOL I'm sure that 10 lb weight loss is not anymore:^(

Good morning everyone... This has been a difficult week for me. My eating has been completely out of control and I only made it to the gym once last week. Needless to say, I am not expecting a loss for this week and am hoping that I didn't gain too much.
Not quite sure what caused this little setback, but I made it to the gym this morning and am focusing on eating better today. With each day, I am getting closer to where I was a week ago - focused on losing weight and getting healthy.
Here's to a better week....
