Diet Coke Pork recipe?

This sounds bizarrely good. I just found it and thought I'd bump if anyone knows.

I've seen Paula Deen glaze a ham with real coke but the sugar makes a caramelized glaze, I can't imagine diet could do that, but I'd really like to see the recipe for Diet Coke Pork!
