What is the answer to my question RE: DDP

We are leaving on Nov 1. I went to my travel agent today to pick up the proper materials. So I noticed something regarding my DDP. This is my question ?

We are going to be there for 8 nights and 9 days( 9 day Hopper)

2 TBS HDDR 11/1
1 TBS WC 11/2
1 TBS CM 11/3
1 TBS 50's 11/4
1 TBS 1900 11/5
1 TBS TTS 11/6
1 TBS OHANA 11/7
1 TBS CR 11/8
0 TBS leaving this day

Am I over my points, she told me I get a TS, CS, S for every park hopper day. Please help. I am really nervous I will lose a point due to her wrong info.
The chances of me rescheduleing now for a different rest. on Nov1 is slim to none. Been planning for 1 year now, 29 days away and.... what is going on!!! :confused3

I haven't used the DDP before, but have booked it for next year. I was told that you get 1 S, CS and TS credit for every night that you have booked. If that is the case then you will get 8 TS credits.

The dining plan is linked to the number of NIGHTS you stay at a disney resort. It has nothing to do with the number of park tickets you have (but you do have to purchase at least a 1 day ticket to make it a package to be able to purchase the dining plan)
You get 1 table service, 1 counter service, 1 snack per NIGHT.

You are going for 8 nights, so you get 8 table service credits. HDDR takes 2, so you have 9 table service credits planned, but only 8 available. You are 1 over. If you don't want to change any of your meals, you can always pay for one of the meals out of pocket. (I would do this with one of the buffets, and they will be 'cheaper'.

Yep, you're one over. I wouldn't drop a buffet though. At a non-buffet meal, you don't HAVE to order a drink, app and dessert... that will bring the bill down if you delete any or all of those.

You can also opt to share a couple of meals at a non-buffet, non-family style TS and "save" TS credits that way (sorry, I am still learning my abbreviations so I don't know some of your ressies). Some frown upon it while others recommend it, but if traveling with kids you could also pay OOP for a couple of their meals (cheaper than adults, esp breakfast & to a lesser extent, lunch) and use the TS credits for adult meals, saving a few bucks.

IMHO, you should avoid the HDD at this outrageous cost and put those TS credits to better use (I'm in the minority here, but still adamant in that opinion!!).
