Electronic Ticket Booth Waiting Time?

Okay, I bought my tickets online and chose the electronic pickup option (since it was the only option that didn't require physical mail.) Could anybody tell me how long the wait usually is to get to these booths in order to pick up your tickets?

I've only done this once, in August, but when we went, there was no line at all. We got to the booth about 9:00 or 9:30, just as the park was opening though. We had our tickets in a minute. I'm sure it all depends on what time of year and what time of day you go to pick them up though.

We just came back from Universal and IOA. We went to Universal this past Saturday ad walked right up to the electronic ticketing and got our tickets in only a few minutes. What was longer was the wait to actually get into the park. They only had a few lines open.

I don't think this option is very popular, because every time I have used it or even walked past the machines, there have never been more than 1 or 2 people in line to use it.

So the answer is, the line will probably be very short or even zero. I think you will be happy with your choice to use this option. Just remember - to pick up your tickets you MUST have the same credit card with you that you used to purchase them! Swiping the CC is how the machine identifies you.

BTW, the electronic pick-up is not a booth, it's more like an ATM. It's a free-standing machine that's not difficult to use and located conveniently near the ticket sales booths at the park entrances.

We were able to walk right up to it last month and get the ticket in as long as it takes to type in the really long confirmation number ;)
