Splash mini meet idea?????

Have been looking at the itinerary all night (hope you are happy PatrickIL)....lol! :rolleyes: :rolleyes: and it seems that maybe we can do this in combination with the thrill ride meet? Hey Patrick , was thinking...... That the few of us that wanted to do this could maybe try to time it with when you are at MK. Well ????huh???? On Thursday? Maybe you can start early with MK? OR maybe I am just grasping at straws???

Well if all those Splash Mountain people leave with us from the character breakfast...we can do splash mountain the first thing(or get our fast passes to meet at a certain time). I am not sure what order Barry and Patrick have chosen for the Thrill Rides Tour, but I think this is workable.

Right Pat...then we can all go about what we were going to do the rest of the day...I was thinking of getting some shopping in at Downtown Disney and who knows where else, but I am flexible....I guess....I want to have a good time...not enough hours in the day....DO you think we can get a day extension...maybe give our Dis Con days a few extra hours?

Last I heard from Barry- we were all talking about starting Thrill tours at M.K., the groups would move together as a whole, individual leaders would help with loading of thier group- so this could work:D

Well, I think this is a GRAND idea!!! We can do Splash first thing, so that whoever wants to just do SM, can and then they can go about their day. And,those of us doing the Thrill Ride tour can proceed with the tour! I love it!!!! By George, I think this might work!! Oooh, I'm getting so excited, I can hardly wait!!!!
BTW, I do like the idea of all of us doing the thrill ride tour together like that. We get to "intermingle" that way! ;):p

This could work. We could hit MK first and do Splash Mt. Usually when I hit MK, I do this:

Get FP for Space Mt.
Go to Splash Mt.
Ride BTTMR
Ride Space Mt.
Do Barnstormer

I suppose that those who want to do the Splash Mt. meet can meet us at 8:45 outside the breakfast room on Thursday.

Glo, I would imagine that everyone on the thrillrides tour will be there. In ACE (American Coaster Enthusiasts) events we've attended, this amounts to an informal takeover of a ride, since we'll have several boats all in a row of DISers riding! :D I'm sure we'll have no problem with the reluctant ones with all that support & encouragement. :D

Actually, what's been happening with all these little mini-mini-meets is that one or two people say they want to do something and then everyone else thinks it's a great idea, too! Like our Krispy Kreme breakfast, someone said we'll have to go for breakfast and get Krispy Kreme's one morning and we all said OK! It seems we all think alike and what one of us wants to do, everyone wants to do! Scary, isn't it?!?!?:p :p :p :D

You two are just so darn cute. :D It really is the most wonderful ride. There is so much more to the ride than the drop. The log goes through dozens of different scenes featuring Brer Rabbit, Brer Fox, Brer Bear and others. These scenes and the music are absolutely amazing. You really can't miss this! I know you will both be very glad you did this! :)
