I am doing all the arrangements/planning for my little sister's high school band trip. They will be marching at the MK! :rockband: I need to know who I would contact for a group rate. :confused3 We will have approx. 40 kids and 15-20 adults going in April. Anyone know?

contract the person who arranged for them to be at the MK. sometimes they will give you a better discount than the group one.

When they were there two years ago to march in the parade they were asked if they wanted to return and when. The band director signed up for April 2007. So I am not sure that they were contracted with anyone to march in the parade. If they were, who would they contract with other than Disney?

You can call and ask to be transferred to group sales. We were told you need to book at least 10 rooms (they don't have to be at the same resort) in order to qualify for the group rate. We found that the AAA rate was actually better than the group rate. However, they may offer better group rates for schools. Good Luck!
