I like toontown online, but I have 2 problems with it. Firstly, my computer is only 256MB, so it can just about function on it, and secondly there is the whole issue of paying for it. When I was properly into it I just deviated from free sample to free sample over and over again...

DD played ToonTown religiously for a while but the novelty has worn off so I recently cancelled the subscription - bribed her with an extra 50p/week spending money ;)

I know, but unfortunately my parents won't allow me a subscription. Just as well, like Alison's DD I would of gotten bored with it anyway!

My kids started playing it last year and then me and DH had a go, have to admit the noveltys worn off for the boys who've moved onto other things and I keep threatening to get rid of one of the accounts, but the problem is I've a level 107 toon on both accounts, one I've got up to Mr. Hollywood/Loan Shark/Blood sucker and the other I've used more for racing. The kids know I won't get rid of either because of this. :rolleyes1
I can't wait for POTC online to start, the trailer looks terrific. pirate:

I haven't played toontown but I do play VMK. It's free and I love that you can catch up with friends from all over the world. At the moment all the halloween stuff is coming out :Pinkbounc

You can subscribe somewhere on the site to be kept up to date with developments, I think it's due for release early next summer, we did sign up to be testers, whether this'll work out or not I dont know, seeing as how we can't Toontown test in the UK.
