OK, It has been a looong time since I posted here, but...
I started doing the Fat Smash diet (the one from Celebrity Fit Club on VH1)last Monday.
I lost 5 pounds in the first week!
The first week is all fruits/veggies, and whole grain rice and beans. But I think the small food groups made it easier to deal with. I was only hungry a few times, but I am hungry even when I eat all of whatever I want ;)
Hopefully I can keep up with it. I would love to lose 10 more pounds by Thanksgiving. We have a Polish festival coming up this week, and there is a lot of good food there,,,
I would recommend checking it out if you want something new to try. It is a healthy diet at least!
This week I will be able to add in some additional foods.
