If I lived 2 hours away, I would go there today. I have to drive 100 miles just to go to a Disney Store. This is so exciting. I can't wait for the reports to start coming in.

We are headed over in a few minutes. We had a long day at EPCOT yesterday for the end of the Happiest Celebration (nothing significant at the park in that sense - just a milestone for us), but we both still feel like being there the first day of the new celebreation, as we were on the first day of The Happiest Celebration.

DD9 does not like the rush of being there at opening so we will head over for about 9:30.

Going to check out the new shows and catch a few rides!

I guess cleaning the house will have to wait!

They had these around EPCOT yesterday, and a castle and a banner on the arch over the highway on the way in (hopefully traffic won't be bad and I can pull over in the median for a photo!) CM in store said they had lots of neat new merchandise - the "theme" color being a nice blue!!

This may be a dumb question, but since it is actually MK's "birthday", will they be having the same YOAMD celebrations/give-aways at AK today?

My sister just called me from the AK and said they gave away mickey hats on line to a ride. She said they are silver and said yoamd on them. She was very excited!

Ohhhh so excited that the celebration has now officially started!!!!! I can hardly wait till May and Im so excited to hear about all the granted dreams!!!

I'm beside myself waiting for more reports to come in. I have my gold ears from the HCOE, now hoping I can get some silver ones to sit next to them! We leave in less than 3 weeks and I can't wait to hear all the reports from those that have been from today on!

we decided to skip it, but I did the math on how many "prizes" per day will be given out, it comes out to around 3,000.

I think today will be great for those who are going and I am sending lo0ts of pixi dust with you!!

If I lived within 2 or 3 hour drive, I'd be there! It's soooooo exciting, imagine 3000 in one day - can't wait to hear from all of the winners!! :Pinkbounc

I want to hop in the car and drive to Disney SO bad, I bet they are going to be kicking off dreams with a BANG today.....

We only live 2 hours, however it still costs gas and food to ge there.

I hope anyoe that goes today comes and shares anything they got/saw today!!

I live in Daytona. We were going to go but we are waiting until that ride at EPCOT is open before making our one day visit. But, I bet it is going to be a blast!

We went to AK, but didn't see anyone get anything. :confused3 I was hoping to see some excited person getting something, but, oh, well, maybe next time.
