I was just curious to see if i am the only one who when playing the fireworks game has to have it just right. I have to have all the lights out, (so I can see the fireworks), i have to be sitting just right, (no arms on arm rests, chair has to be perfect heighth etc.). Does anyone else have this problem? :rotfl2: I have heard of some who can't play unless they have on their green fireworks bracelet that they got from DLR. So let's hear what strange things you do to get that high score! :cheer2: :cheer2:

I used to have to have everything "just right" when I started being able to get over 240,000. Not so much now but I do have to have my keyboard at a certain angle!

OMG too funny! :rotfl2: I have to have a lot of lights out still, and I also have the keyboard at a huge angle too!

Today when I got my high scores, I was kinda quiet except the second time when I ended with 98K at level 2, that gets me scared I need practice ... but the lights are turned off too when I am playing and I need good music in background ...

Well, since my fiance and I play together (I choose the type of firework and she clicks the fireworks), a week or so ago, my arm was in a very uncomfortable position while we were playing and my shoulder was hurting a little, but we ended up getting our (at the time) high score of 237,000+, which we've since beaten, but I've been trying to be uncomfortable every time I play now because of that.

try playing on a laptop without a seperate mouse. It has to be just right or you wont get past the first level. :lmao: For me the whole laptop has to be tilted to the right my left arm lays across the space between the touchpad and the keyboard to the arrow buttons and my right is on the touch pad just beneathe my left arm. :badpc: It looks rediculous but i get pretty good scores :cool1:

I went out and bought a cordless mouse for my laptop just so I COULD play fireworks! Pathetic, ain't it?

Not just for Fireworks but for any use of the computer, my mouse pad has to be exactly in the middle of the corner of my desk. I don't know why. It will bother me to no end if I go to use the mouse and it's not at the edge by the corner. :badpc:

This would be me! I spend so much time scooting around trying to find the perfect angle for my hands. It doesn't help playing with this dratted arthritis and carpel tunnel syndrome. It makes playing later at night a real booger!:)
But, I keep trying! Scoot, scoot,...
Kim :lmao: (If I could ever just break that 240,000 plateau!)

Ever since one silly day I decided to make the high score list with a crazy amount of mansion games, I get a ache in my wrist that holds the mouse. So.. I always wear a soft ace bandage around my wrist -- no pain anymore. :)
